BXTN Knoxville Office - Reopening Plan

As the COVID-19 pandemic progresses, here's what BXTN is doing as of July 2. These plans are subject to change as the various government plans & orders responding to the pandemic change.

Nashville Office
Because of the small size of our Nashville office, both in staff and typical vistors, it will remain closed with all of its employees continuing to work from home until further notice. 

Knoxville Office
The Knox County Health Department has instructed all businesses to follow the State of Tennessee's TN Pledge beginning July 1 and it's own COVID-19 Face Covering Regulation beginning on July 3. Therefore, our Knoxville office will reopen to members and will operate as follows:

• We will have a reduced amount of staff members in the building at any given time, and many employees will continue to work from home. Additionally, we will break up into different teams and rotate which staff members are working in the office daily.
• Our entry doors will remain locked during regular business hours of 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday. Members that wish to access our plan room or pick up copies from our print shop should call us at 865-525-0443 then choose option 0, and a staff member will meet you at the door.
• We will screen all employees and members for COVID-19 symptoms and will not allow entry by anyone exhibiting symptoms. In compliance with the KCHD COVID-19 Face Covering Regulation, all employees and members will be required to wear masks upon entry into the building and as long as 6 feet of social distancing cannot be maintained once inside. Face masks will be provided for anyone that doesn't have one, as long as our supplies on hand last.
• We will frequently disinfect common use and / or high touch surfaces and will encourage increased personal hygene practices.
